Why bug tracking?

We created Bugtrapp with one very simple, selfish goal in mind, we needed something we could use with our projects that allowed us to track bugs as well as give our customers access to add and track bugs. In researching possible solutions for our problem nothing seemed to fit, so we took it upon ourselves to build our own, in the process opening it up to others that might have a need for a simple, inexpensive solution to track and manage the bugs in the projects they're working on.
